Legs: Bright Mild Steel Round Tube 28mm x 14 gauge, finish powder coated or chrome.

Chassis: Bright Mild Flat Oval Tube 30mm x 15 gauge, finish powder coated.

Seats and Backs: Structural plywood or MDF base boards and CMF Foam.

Spacer bars: Available for maintaining the correct distance between rows placed back to back.

Finish: Powder coating finish: Corrocoat A100752A metallic powder coating based on the combination of epoxy and polyester, top coated with Corrocoat A100447E polyester clear coating to give a durable finish, resistant to finger marks. Alternatively, supplied powder coated finished to customer specification.

Fire rating: Ignitability test according to BS: 5852: 1990: Assessment of the ignitability of upholstered seating by Smouldering and Flaming Ignition Sources. Section 4: Methods of test for the ignitability of upholstered composites ignition source 0,1 & 5.

Environmental considerations: These have influenced the design. Each element is interchangeable and aluminium castings and steel can be recycled. Timber parts are manufactured from renewable resources while powder coatings are environmentally friendly throughout.
